Honoring Women's History Month and Welcoming Jessica Trudeau as ELA's New Board Chair
As Women’s History Month unfolds, the Early Learning Alliance (ELA) proudly celebrates by welcoming Jessica Trudeau as the new Board Chair. A dedicated advocate for children and families, Jessica brings her expertise and passion to help advance ELA’s mission of ensuring every child has access to the resources they need to thrive.
Jessica Trudeau currently serves as the Deputy Chief of Program Operations at MHMR of Tarrant County. Her distinguished career spans leadership roles in organizations that prioritize child welfare and public health, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to protecting vulnerable populations. At MHMR of Tarrant County, Jessica has played a pivotal role in expanding programs that support early childhood development. Her previous leadership positions include serving as the Chief Transformation Officer at the Center for Transforming Lives, where she championed innovative approaches to aid women and children facing adversity.

In her new role as ELA’s Board Chair, Jessica envisions strengthening our data-informed, collaborative model to create sustainable shifts for children and families in Tarrant County. She remarks,
“The Early Learning Alliance has historically sought to drive collective impact to ensure equity in education and wellbeing for all young children. We are embarking upon a strategic planning process that will build upon this rich history, guide our efforts and expand ELA's network.”
